Help feed our kitties! Fill a donation pail with canned food!

Collection pails decorated for food drive

Please help us with our winter food drive!

With more than 220 kitties to feed these days, it’s a big financial strain to try to keep our food shelves stocked. Our kitties eat canned cat food two times a day and our food budget is tapped. So we are busy decorating our litter pails and handing them out to those who are kitty lovers to please fill with cans of cat food and return to us. Each pail is numbered and we will then enter your name in our raffle that is reserved only for food donation friends.

We are looking for individuals, families, church groups, scout troops, offices, stores, schools, clubs, to help us with our food drive. Pails are now available to be picked up at our Thrift Shop at 1616 Post Road (route 1) in Wells  next to Bo Mar Antiques from Monday – Sat. 11-4. Please call 207-229-8314 if you want several pails and we can get them ready for you!

If you have a school or business that will need help delivering the food, we have a very special way of getting it to us! Bella and Barney, two former Safe Haven kitties have their own truck which their mom will drive to deliver the food to our Adoption Center!

Help us fill this truck with pails of food!

A special thank you to one of our newest volunteers, Stephanie who has been an incredible help to us and stayed late tonight to work on more pails for our food drive. It’s thanks to our volunteers and all our supporters that we can provide for all these dear kitties! Thank you!
